Foundation Phase (6 - 9 Years)

The Foundation Phase:

is part of BonguLwazi Montessori School primary section which is divided into junior section (6-9 years environment – Grade 1-3) and senior section (9-12 years environment – Grade 4-6). Currently the school offers the junior section and the senior section will
be incorporated in 2024.

Our primary school programme:

uses and outcome project based approach within the Montessori methodology. Our classrooms are fitted with Montessori material and learners work as individuals and in a group setting.

We develop the whole child:

while exposing our learners to critical thinking, solution-focused, communication, creativity and collaboration skills.

Sports and music are incorporated into our curriculum

Outdoor Learning

Fun play that develops child’s gross motor and social skills.

Extra Murals

Soccer and swimming are offered as extra mural activities by an external vendor. Others to be included on demand.
