The prospective parent(s) complete and submit the online application and email the proof of payment of the R500 non-refundable registration fee. Our administrator reviews application submissions daily and will load your child’s name and contact information on our database. You will receive a notice confirming that your application is being processed and proposed dates for your child’s assessment.

Your child will be invited to spend 2 days at BonguLwazi Montessori School for assessment.

STEP 3

MEETING

The last step is the parents and teacher meeting to discuss the outcome of the assessment and the plan going forward

Online Application

The online application is done electronically, and will be submitted to the school automatically, following which step 2 and 3 will follow after the application has been assessed.

Manual Application

Parents need to download the manual application form, fill in the form and submit it to admissions@bongulwazimontessori.co.za following which steps 2 and 3 will follow.

Assessment

Your child will be invited to spend 2 days at BonguLwazi Montessori School for assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to expose your child to the Montessori method of teaching and assess his/her developmental level for all subject areas. The assessment outcomes will also serve as a plan for the child’s educational programme once accepted by the school.

Meeting

The last step is the parents and teacher meeting to discuss the outcome of the assessment and the plan going forward. This is the time for parents to share any information about the child and their family goals for their child during the upcoming school year. If it is determined that our school is a good fit for your child, parents must sign the enrolment contract and submit the R3,000 refundable deposit in order to secure the child’s full admission.
